Biography

"Dr. Abeer bint Ali Al-Harbi is a professor of nuclear physics and auxiliary reactors. She worked as a dean of development and skills development at Princess Noura bint Abdulrahman University for five years. She is responsible for organizational development, development, management and performance development and general supervisor of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning at Princess Noura Bint University Abdulrahman. Dr. Abeer graduated from a number of managerial positions and has varied experience, starting with professional scientific research with 20 years of experience in professional organizational development and performance development with experience of up to 6 years. She has multiple consulting expertise in organizational development, self development , training, leadership development, talent development, Her organizational background has 10 years of leadership experience. In the course of her career, she has received a number of international awards and accolades, such as the Distinguished Women's Science Award for 2012 from the US Department of State and the Distinguished Leader in Development and Training for 2015 from the Canadian International Center for scientific research , development activities and various practical achievements. It is characterized by the provision of organizational development consulting and training courses, effective communication skills and extensive local and international relations. In addition to its scientific experience in the work of practical and scientific experiments with regard to nuclear physics, reactors, nuclear reactions, reactions of heavy element production, radiation protection and experiments of nuclear astrophysics. She is a certified trainer for nuclear safety programs, nuclear education, nuclear knowledge management, a number of development programs, talent development and leadership development, and has implemented a large number of programs. Dr. Abeer also received a number of training programs from prestigious international colleges and centers such as the INSEAD School of Business and the CCL Leadership Center on several topics related to creative leadership, innovation, leadership and international business management. And the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in radiological protection, nuclear safety and nuclear information and knowledge management programs"
