Biography
Al Qahtani holds a bachelor’s of science degree in petroleum engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He earned a master’s of science and Ph.D. degrees in petroleum engineering at the University of Southern California in 1992 and 1996, respectively. He completed several leadership and management development programs, including the IMD Program for Executive Development, Lausanne, Switzerland; Saudi Aramco Management Development Seminar, Washington, D.C.; Economics of Oil Seminar, London; Program for Leadership Development, Bahrain; and the Oxford Energy Seminar, London.
