Biography
Al-Rashed has (Bachelor in Commerce 1963-Accounting and Business administration) from Riyadh University (King Saud university) , MPA specializing in Management of Financial Resources 1967, at Business School, University of Southern California, USA, and Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and Auditing at Department of Business Studies, Wandsworth Technical College in London, U.K. He completed the BeckerConviser CFA Review Course, 2002. He attended several conferences and seminars at local, regional and international levels. He was a part-time Lecturer at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences of King Saud University and at the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh, K.S.A. He is licensed to practice accounting, auditing and management advisory services.(Licenses No. 50, 3, 53 and 88).
