Biography
Dr. Riyadh Alzaheb has been working at the University of Tabuk as an Assistant Professor for Department of Clinical Nutrition in 2014 and is now the Head of the Department of Nursing. In 2002 he finished his BSc. in Food Science and Nutrition at King Saud University, K.S.A. He went to work as a dietician at Abha Pshychiatric Hospital for on year and two years at Armed Forces Hospital Southern Region before pursuing his studies at Glasgow Caledonian University, where in 2009 he finished his MSc in Clinical Nutrition and Health then and his PhD in Clinical Nutrition at the School of Life Sciences in 2014. Dr. Riyadh received a Distinguished Award, The 7th Saudi Conference, Edinburgh, UK and a Superior Student Award at the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia Cultural Bureau, London, UK. In 2012 & 2014 he received certificates for distinguished participation in training activities at Glasgow Saudi Student Club, UK.
