Biography
Mr. Xie Mingyan has been serving as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer in in Tai-Tech Advanced Electronics Co Ltd since May 1, 2009. He also serves as Chairman of the Board and General Manager in an electronic component company, a Kunshan-based precision electronic company and a Dongguan-based precision electronic company, Chairman of the Board in Fixed Rock Holding Limited, an investment company and a technology company, as well as Director in KAM HENG International Limited, North Star International Limited, Best Bliss Investments Limited and other six companies. He used to serve as Executive Deputy General Manager in another precision electronic company. He obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pacific Western University, the United States.
