Biography

Ahlam Abdullah passionate about improving nursing administration and education in Saudi Arabia. I am a confident and hardworking individual. I have great organizational and multitasking skills as evidenced by successfully managing full time nursing school, a family with two children, and training an abundance of hours at Newport Hospital. In my life, I value trust, teamwork, reliability, and dedication. Life has provided me with many challenges which have given me a plethora of experiences and knowledge. As I begin my professional nursing career, I look forward to increasing my knowledge by working side-by-side with a variety of experienced licensed personnel and caring for an array of people with unique medical illnesses and cultural diversity. Currently, I am in my last stage of my dissertation title “NURSING SATISFACTION IN A MAGNET HOSPITAL” that examines nurses’ perceptions at Newport Hospital (Rhode Island, United States) of the structural empowerment, and Magnet characteristics related to their job satisfaction. Moreover, I am in the last course of POST-GRADUATE certificate in Nursing Education.
