Antoni Villaró

Biography

  Mr. Villaró is Vice President (Corporate Strategy) of Grupo Ferrer Internacional. He previously worked for the Japanese pharmaceutical company Otsuka Pharmaceutical for nearly 15 years, where he first held the position of CEO of the in Spanish affiliate. He later became president of Otsuka Europe and spent five years as a member of Otsuka’s Board of Directors in Japan. Mr. Villaró has a wide and varied experience of over 27 years in the pharmaceutical sector. He has expertise in several therapeutical areas, including Central Nervous System, Oncology, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Antibiotics, Osteoporosis, Respiratory and Dermatology. He has a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona and advanced postgraduate business training from IESE (Barcelona)
