Alempije Veljović

Biography

Alempije Veljović was born in 1952. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade in 1976. He deals with the problems of the development of information systems as an assistant at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in the direction of production engineering and the application of computers production cybernetics. He received his master's degree in 1981 and received his PhD in 1988 at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade. He gained practical experience by working in the industry: SOUR "First Spark" Baric RO "Fasma" -Beograd, SOUR Gosa RO Institute OUR AOP and SSNO in the Information Center of the Military-Economy Sector. Since 1992. is working at the University of the Army of Yugoslavia at the Military Technical College, in the Department of Computer Engineering and Informatics where he was elected as an associate professor for the subjects of Information Systems Development, Databases, and Expert Systems. Since 1992, he has held seminars in SITJ where he has held over a hundred seminars related to the design of information systems and integration with the requirements of the standards of the JUS ISO 9000. From 2001 he was selected at the Technical Faculty in Cacak for subjects Management Information Systems and Management Development. Since 2002 he has been a professor for the subject Analysis of Information Systems and Design of Information Systems at the Faculty of Business Studies at Megatrend University of Applied Sciences, Belgrade. Since 2003 he has been a member of the Yugoslav Engineering Academy.
