Biography

She was born on September 25, 1977, in Kragujevac. Faculty of Economics, University of Kragujevac, Department of Management , enrolled in academic 1996/1997. Graduated on June 28, 2001, with an average grade of 9.03. She was awarded multiple titles as one of the best students of the 1996/97 generation. Postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics, Department of Management , group Management and organization , enrolled in academic 2001/2002. years. The exams enrolled in the curriculum passed with an average grade of 10.00. The master thesis titled " Towards the New Aspects of Creating a New Business Entity " was publicly defended on September 21, 2009. at the Faculty of Economics, University of Kragujevac. Decision of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Economics of 26.11.2010. She was awarded the PhD thesis under the title "Development of organizational capacities for stimulating entrepreneurial behavior" . The dissertation was publicly defended on July 6, and thus earned an academic degree in Doctor of Economics. From 01.11.2002. She has been employed at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Kragujevac as an assistant-trainee in the subjects of Management of Small and Medium Enterprises and Introduction to Management . In the title of assistant, for the major scientific field of Management and Business Economics , on the subjects Introduction to Management and Entrepreneurial Management , was elected in 2010. In the title of assistant professor , for the major scientific field of Management and Business Economics , on the subjects Introduction to Management and Entrepreneurial Management , was elected 12.02.2014. years. She is engaged in the teaching of the subjectOrganizational Behavior, Master Academic Studies. Key areas of scientific research are: entrepreneurship, corporate entrepreneurship, management, leadership and corporate governance. The training continues through the publication of scientific papers, participation in conferences, and projects of fundamental and applied research. She participated in the work of the Fulbright International Summer Institute, held in Bulgaria in 2005. During 2008, she continued her professional development in the United States of America, at the Alfred Lerner College of Business Administration and Economics, University of Delaware, as well as at the Haas School of the University of Delaware, within the Junior Development Faculty ( American Councils for International Education: ACTR / ACCELS ). Business , University of Berkeley, University of California. She visited Denmark and Poland, as part of short study stays.
