Biography

He was born on August 1, 1977. year, in Lennestadt, Germany. Elementary school and Second Kragujevac high school ended with great success. Faculty of Economics, University of Kragujevac, Department of Management, enrolled in academic 1996/1997. years. Graduated on February 12, 2001. year, with an average grade of 9.58. Thesis of the subject theory and methodology of decision- c -making , on the theme: " The risk in managerial decision- c -making ", defended with a score of 10 (ten). She was proclaimed a student of the generation (1996/97) of the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac. Postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics, University of Kragujevac, direction Management , group Management and Organizations , enrolled in academic 2001/2002. years. The exams provided by the curriculum were passed with an average grade of 10.00. Thesis entitled " The effectiveness of the administrative committee in the decision- c -making " defended in 2008 at the Faculty of Economics, University of Kragujevac. The doctoral dissertation titled " Internal mechanisms of corporate governance as a determinant of strategic decision making " defended on 23.11.2014. at the Faculty of Economics, University of Kragujevac. Since 03.09.2001. has been employed at the Faculty of Economics University of Kragujevac as a teaching assistant in the course theory and methodology of decision- c -making . Since the academic year 2002/2003, she has been conducting exercises on the Introduction to Management course . He became assistant to the scientific field Management and Business Economics, on the subjects Introduction to Management and Theory of decision- c -making , was elected 11.12.2009. years. In the title of assistant professor for the scientific field Management and Business Economics, on the subjects Introduction to Management and Theory of decision- cdetermination , the selected 12.03.2015. years. From school year 2012/2013. She conducted exercises on the subject of Corporate Governance at Master Academic Studies, and from the school year 2015/2016. She has been engaged as a teacher in the subjects of Corporate Governance, Master Academic Studies and Theory of Corporate Governance, doctoral studies. She was (2003-2006) a participant in the basic research project Development of Corporate Governance in Transition Economies , funded by the Ministry of Science and Environmental Protection of the Government of the Republic of Serbia and a member of the research team of Tempus project Development of the Lifelong Learning Framework in Serbia (2009- 2012) .
