Biography
Prof. Dr. Ljubiša Papić is an Academician of the Academy of Quality of the Russian Federation, a Corresponding Member of the Academy of Engineering Sciences of Serbia and Montenegro, a full professor at the Technical Faculty in Cacak, visiting Professor at Ben-Gurion University in Israel and Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain, and former Assistant Minister of Science, Technology and development in the Government of Serbia. He graduated from the Technical Faculty in Cacak. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Kragujevac with the topic: "Research and forecast of reliability and the age of use of band conveyors on surface mines". He received his PhD at the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad with the following topic: "Development and automation of effective test procedures for assessing the technological system's technological significance in the industry".
