Biography

She is working as research associate at the University of kragujevac, Serbia. During her scientific research she gained basic theoretical knowledge from genetics and started experimental research in the field of genotoxicology. The subject of these studies is to determine the potential genotoxic and / or antigenotoxic activity of natural and artificial origin agents in in vivo conditions using a test for the detection of fully bound recessive lethal mutations in the eukaryotic model of the organism Drosophila melanogaster, Comet test with D. melanogaster and rats of soy Wistar, test for detection of bone marrow damage to mammalian organism models as well as in vitroconditions by detecting DNA damage caused by hydroxy radicals. During her research work, she mastered the method for the study of the expression of acne-phase response gene as well as immunoblot analyzes with different antibodies.
