Biography

Milena Jaksic was born on September 25, 1970. in Bajina Bašta. She finished elementary and high school in Bajina Bašta. The School of Economics in Kragujevac enrolled in the 1989/90 academic year. Years and ended in 1993 with an average grade of 8.41 (eight and 41/100). School 1993/94. She enrolled in postgraduate studies, direction "Theory and Policy of Economic Development". The exams envisaged by the curriculum were passed in April 1996 with an average grade of 9.13 (nine and 13/100). The master thesis "Undisciplined financial instruments and institutions - limiting factor of the efficiency of the capital market" was defended on March 13, 1999. at the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac. In order to collect literature for the master's thesis, she was at the Faculty of Economics in London (The London School of Economics). The doctoral dissertation titled "Comparative Analysis of Developed Capital Markets" was defended on February 12, 2005. year, at the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac. In order to collect the literature necessary for the Ph.D., visited the Faculty of Economics in Amsterdam ( Business School of Economics ) . He started working at the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac in March 1995. On 27.03.1995, she was elected assistant - trainee on the subject Political Economy. years. On 23 August 1999, the same title was chosen as an assistant. years. She was elected Assistant Professor in the Basic Economics course in November 2005. In November 2010, she was re-elected to the title of assistant professor for two narrow scientific fields: General Economics and Economic Development - Teaching Economics and Finance, Financial Institutions and Insurance - subject Financial Markets and Financial Instruments. The title of the associate professor was elected on February 20, 2013. years. Within the Scientific Research Cycle 2011-2015. year, financed by the Government of the Republic of Serbia, is engaged in the project PIBAS, ev.br. III 41010, as a member of the subproject entitled " Management and marketing research in support of the realization of interdisciplinary projects ". Author and co-author of a number of scientific and professional papers. She participated in international and domestic conferences and scientifically and professionally improved at home and abroad. She has achieved remarkable results in working with students, which is reflected in the results of student surveys .
