Biography
He is working as research associate at the Institute of biology and ecology, University of Kragujevac, Serbia. His area of ​​interest is in the broadest sense hydrobiology, that is, the biology and ecology of freshwater ecosystems, as well as the biodiversity of the community of freshwater organisms. The subject of research is decapod crabs, ie their distribution, ecology, phylogeny and phylogeography, as well as the conservation of endangered species. He is interested in their ethology. Parasites and pathogens of crustaceans, as well as their commensale, are also interested in. Particularly interested in the influence of climate change on populations of crustaceans. Crabs are also interested in bioindicators of the state of freshwater ecosystems that inhabit their genotoxicity.
