Verica Babić

Biography

Born 17.08.1955. in Kragujevac. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac in 1979 and 1985. She defended her doctoral dissertation entitled The Conditionality of Strategic Decision Making and the Organizational Structure of a Business Entity in 1990 at the Faculty of Economics in Kragujevac. She has been employed at the Faculty of Economics in the University of Kragujevac since 1979, where she was elected as a full-time professor in the regular procedure of promotion from Assistant Assistant (1979), assistant (1986), assistant professor (1991), associate professor (1997) 2003. year. He teaches teaching at basic academic studies in teaching subjects Introduction to Management, Entrepreneurial Management and Decision Making Theory ; on master studies in the subjectCorporate Governance and Doctoral Studies in the Theory of Corporate Governance Course . The areas of scientific research are corporate governance, strategic decision-making, entrepreneurship and leadership. She published five monographs and a textbook as author and co-author. In addition, she published and announced more than 90 papers in journals of international and leading national journals, thematic journals and international and national conferences.
