Biography
Vladimir Radovanovic was born on September 23, 1959. He finished elementary in Leskovac, and in Leposavic he graduated from high school with excellent results. He graduated from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade in 1983. At the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, he completed his master's degree in management and organization, defending the master's thesis "Training Management in Human Resources Development" in 2004, he was awarded the title Master of Technical Sciences, area of organizational management sciences. At the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Čačak in 2008, he defended the doctoral dissertation "Human resources development as a strategic factor of competitiveness" and obtained the title of Doctor of Technical Sciences.
