Biography
Dr Jeffrey Chew Tec Hock has about 20 years of experience in his specialisation. His special interests are in managing arthritis and performing hip and knee joint replacements. He also manages sports injuries including ligament reconstructions. Dr Jeffrey Chew had received several scholarships to conduct biomechanics research and won numerous awards for his research work. Dr Jeffrey Chew collaborated with Johnson and Johnson Medical to co-design the PFC Sigma RPF High Flex Knee prosthesis, especially for the Asian population. This knee implant design allows both increased flexion angles as well as imparting higher stability at high flexion
