 Mr Shah is a Solicitor and Senior Partner of Messrs Crawford Bayley & Co. He specializes in a broad spectrum of Corporate Laws in general, with special focus on Foreign Investments, Joint Ventures, Tecnology and Licence Agreements, Intellectual Property Rights, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Laws, Competition Law and Insider Trading Regulations.
