Biography
A Human resource generalist – with exposure across APAC in Talent and Development space. My experience portfolio spans Talent acquisition to learning intervention designs to Strategic consulting to Leading Operational support to ensure efficient delivery of development strategies. Over the years – my biggest learning has been that organizational success is all about unleashing Human Potential and right talents for an organization in right roles would be a deal maker or deal breaker in achieving that success. Attracting, developing and managing talent is one among the toughest challenges organizations face and working in this space gives me utmost satisfaction. Organizations should step up their development programs to build talent capabilities and consistently meet broader business strategies and this depends on having the right people with the right skills in the right jobs in the right locations. I believe there are 2 critical steps in accomplishing this - (1) Having the organization’s learning strategy completely aligned with the business strategy & (2) Providing operational support for that strategy through an efficient learning organization.
