Biography
I am an enthusiastic food scientist. I have in-depth knowledge in physical chemistry of dairy colloids systems, especially under heating condition, which are very relevant to the development of complex liquid suspensions and emulsions. I would like to become a leading scientist in food/dairy colloid system. Received PhD from Massey University.
