Biography

 I have 15 Years of experience in Clinical Research Industry (Global Pharma and CROs). I have managed Phase II, III & IV Global Clinical Trials in different therapeutic areas. Currently Since 2008 I have worked as Project Manager and have managed full service global studies (India, China, Australia, Pakistan, Indonesia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore & Russia). I have huge experience with various clinical trials platforms such as, Datalabs, Medidata and various CTMS such as Oracle clinical, IMPACT etc. I Lead and manage team every day. This includes engaging with teams regularly and consistently to understand their challenges, communicate expectations, proactively identify issues and corrective actions and ensure that everyone is on the same page. I have analytical, people and task-oriented approach with a proven track record of developing successful teams.
