Biography

 Abhi has close to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically in the Scientific industry in Singapore and across Asia. With her passion and expertise, Abhi has built up a very strong network within her sector and has a deep understanding of the Health Care & Life Sciences sector across the region. December 2016 saw a big change in her career and she moved from being a headhunter to a internal talent acquisition manager with Abbott. Currently she is responsible for Abbott Nutrition, Abbott Diagnostics, Abbott Manufacturing, Abbott R&D and Corporate divisions.  In 2014, Abhi joined RGF Singapore to specialize in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector across APAC. In 2010, Abhi joined Kelly to focus in the Scientific sector. In her role as a Senior Consultant for Scientific & Technical Contracts, she is responsible for the recruitment of candidates across the world for clients based in SEA. Abhi was also the lead recruiter for Professional & Technical Recruitment for a US Healthcare MNC and closed 50 technical positions in 1 year. She also assisted in the start up of two new plants in Singapore (One in Nutrition & Other in Life Sciences). Also was involved in setting up of the R&D Innovation Center for Food companies. Abhi holds a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management from the Southern Cross University, Australia and a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics from the National University of Singapore.  Her typical roles include Scientists, Regulatory, QA/QC, Sales & Marketing, Technical Scientific & Laboratory, Field Service, Service Delivery, Clinical Research, Bioinformatics, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, Chemists, Allied Healthcare Professionals, EHS, Plant Hygiene, Manufacturing/Production/Engineering/Process/Maintenance & Management positions, Food Nutrition/Product Development/Research positions etc...
