Biography
Fredrik Knoeff works in the ACCESS Health Singapore office, where he leads operational and programmatic growth. He specializes in professionalizing organizations, teams, and programs. He has over ten years of experience in the public and private sector and in the nongovernmental organization world. Previously, Fredrik worked in Tanzania as a management advisor for a local nongovernmental organization reaching out to vulnerable and marginalized groups. In the Netherlands, he worked as management consultant and was the managing director and attorney at law at a medium sized law firm. Fredrik has a Master’s degree in Management from Nyenrode Business University and a law degree from Leiden University, both in the Netherlands.
