Biography
Head of Customer Service Ling Ling Choo holds the position as the Head of Customer Service for AdvanIDe. Ms.Choo has more than 10 years related experience in the semiconductors industry and has worked accounts personnel in Philips Singapore (now NXP Semiconductor) for almost 6 years before embarking in her customer service career within the Philips Semiconductors Division where she was employed for almost 7 years (serving mainly the Identification customers, such as ACG, Gemalto, others). With the experience at some of the major semiconductor companies, Ms. Choo brings a high level of product experience in this segment.
