Biography
Dr Brian Loon graduated from Murdoch University, Western Australia, in 2007 and has since been practising as a small animal veterinarian in Singapore. Dr Loon's areas of special interest include diagnosticultrasonography, endoscopy and minimally invasive (key-hole) surgery (laparoscopy), and he has obtained further training in these fields. In his efforts to enhance the level of holistic care provided, Dr Loon is certified in Veterinary Acupuncture with the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS) after undergoing a year long intensive training in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) and Acupuncture. He is also a certified and registered member of PennHIP, which is an internationally known modality for diagnosing hip dysplasia in cats and dogs.
