Clement Chung

Biography

Clement is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience spanning roles in financial planning and analysis, strategic business planning, performance management and reporting as well as operational excellence through business process re-engineering and coherent policies and procedures.   He was most recently a Senior Assistant Director (Finance & Administration) in the Administrative Excellence Programme at Nanyang Technological University focused on improving administrative processes at the University and setting up a new shared services centre. Clement is a graduate from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Adelaide.
