Biography
10 years of Clinical Medicine taught me the value of careful assessment and using all data for correct diagnosis, which is the only true basis for therapy, and deep empathy for humans who suffer disease. Now, approaching 25 years of drug development has given me a very wide and deep experience of leading and managing scientific innovation, smart drug development, meaningful derisking, investment portfolio balancing, market access, drug defence, and commercial optimisation.
