Dr.Margam Chandrasekaran joined BSI in 2007 and has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. , Dr. Chandra has been handling Product Management/ New Product Development, Business operations and strategy, Regulatory requirements for medical devices and standardization and is also the Management Representative for the company Dr. Chandra’ is regarded as one of the experts in Materials Processing and his research and management experience over 20 years spans across
Research Interest
Dr. Chandra has over 120 publications in refereed International journals and conferences and a principle inventor in few patents and is a Co-author of two books for Imperial College Press He is also an Editor for series on bio-engineering and bio-materials by Imperial College Press. He is also a nominated member in various National Committees including NMWG for ISO/TC 150 & 194, PE ISTC
