Biography
Dr Christopher Ng is experienced in antenatal and gynaecological ultrasound scans, prenatal screening, antenatal risk assessment and care, natural childbirth, instrumental vaginal deliveries (vacuum and forceps) and caesarean section, colposcopy, cystoscopy and management of patients with menopausal and fertility problems. Apart from general gynaecological surgery, he is accredited in advanced laparoscopic surgery and has an interest in infertility treatment and surgery for urinary incontinence and uterovaginal prolapse. He is accredited in performing all aesthetic procedures and has obtained the Certificates of Competence as recognised by the Singapore Medical Council Aesthetic Practice Oversight Committee. Dr Ng believes in empowering his patients with up-to-date knowledge of advancements in medical care so that they are better able to participate in making informed decisions in achieving their overall well-being. He therefore strives to be at the forefront of new developments in obstetrics, gynaecology and aesthetic medicine, not only to provide the best for his patients but also to ensure their safety. In the spirit of community service, Dr Ng volunteers his time regularly to serve as a grass root leader to Queenstown Community Centre in Tanjong Pagar GRC. Aside from medicine, he is an avid golfer, a motoring enthusiast and is happily married with two adorable little girls. As a result, he has put his amateur golfing career on hold and instead of spending time at the race track, most of his motoring enthusiasm is now spent on chauffeuring his two young daughters around.
