Albert Chou

Biography

 Dr Albert Chou was raised in Taiwan and subsequently received his  training in the University of Otago, where he obtained his Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours. He went on to obtain his Postgraduate Diploma in Dental Implantology with the National University of Singapore. Dr Albert has been practicing dentistry in Canaan Dental  for more than 10 years, concentrating on restorative and surgical dentistry. He has a special interest in Dental Implant Dentistry and the removal of wisdom teeth. Patients are attracted to his calm and yet friendly demeanor as he puts them at ease throughout the treatment process. Dr Albert strives to formulate treatment plans through a holistic approach to provide an outcome that is functional, aesthetic and of good value. Being effectively bilingual, Dr Albert can explain treatment options to patients in English fluently,  as well as  in Mandarin, for those patients who prefer to communicate in Mandarin. Dr Albert is currently a member of the executive committee for the NUS Graduate Diploma Dental Implantology Alumni. He is also an active member of the ITI group which devotes itself to providing the latest update on Implant Dentistry. Dr Albert is married with a young daughter and he enjoys spending time with them. Dr Albert has a keen interest in cars and photography, and is also particularly fond of participating regularly in church activities.
