Biography
Curt Weitnauer is the President of the Water Filtration and Purification Business Unit for Cantel. In this role, he is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Water Purification and Filtration Business as well as the Renal Business Unit. Mr. Weitnauer is responsible for long-term strategic direction, product development, market assessment, acquisition identification and execution, and overall P&L management. Prior to joining Cantel, Mr. Weitnauer served as General Manager of the Process Water Group of General Electric (GE) Water Technologies where he led Operations at the GE Osmonics, GE Ionics, and GE Glegg facilities. He was previously Vice President of the Process Water Group of Osmonics, which was acquired by GE in 2003. Mr. Weitnauer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Institute of Technology. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Fluid Equipment Development Company, (FEDCO), Salud Spirits and the Minnesota National Kidney Foundation.
