Biography
Mr Ung Gim Sei joined the Board in April 2015 as an Independent Director. He chairs the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit and Nominating Committee. Mr Ung is currently a director of a U.S.-Singapore joint venture law firm, Duane Morris & Selvam LLP, specialising in the practice of Intellectual Property.Mr Ung holds directorships at a number of public listed companies and is also the Vice President of the Singapore-China Friendship Association, the Aw Boon Haw Foundation (PRC), and Tan Kah Kee Foundation where he is also the Legal Advisor. Mr Ung holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from the National University of Singapore, a Common Professional Examination in Law from the UK, a graduate Diploma in Singapore Law from the National University of Singapore and a Master of Law from the City University of Hong Kong.
