Biography
Sophie originates from Ireland and graduated from University College Dublin in 2012. She has acquired over three years of experience in Singapore’s acute hospital setting. Here, she was a member of the Orthopaedic Physiotherapy team, treating a wide variety of surgical and non-surgical orthopaedic cases. Sophie has a passion for fitness, strength and conditioning training but as a result of injuries had to overcome setbacks. As a result, she places great emphasis on getting her clients back to the activities they enjoy as quickly as possible, while also providing long-term solutions to stay healthy and avoid future aches and pains. Sophie enjoys motivating others and promoting an all round healthy lifestyle.
