Tay Kai Ling

Biography

Kai Ling graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy. Prior to joining Core Concepts, she worked as a Physiotherapist in Singapore General Hospital in both the acute care and outpatient care treating musculoskeletal injuries and post-operative rehabilitation such as total knee and hip replacements. She believes that a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercises and ergonomics are key to treating musculoskeletal conditions. In addition, she strongly believes that clients should be active participants in their rehabilitation process and hopes to empower clients in managing their pain to lead a better quality of life.
