Biography
Mr Chua joined the Group as the Managing Director of WES when the Group acquired WES in April 2008. Mr Chua has over 40 years of experience in the field of Geomatic Engineering. He is the founder of WES and is currently a qualified Registered Surveyor in Singapore, a Fellow member of the Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors, UK and a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.
