Biography
Mr Goh joined the Group as Marketing Manager in Jun 2008 and was promoted to Senior Manager, Group Marketing/Tender in April 2014. Mr Goh has more than 20 years of experience in Foundation, Geotechnical, Civil and Marine Construction in Singapore. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taiwan in 1986.
