Biography
Mr Koo has been with the Group since 1996. He joined the Group as Senior Project Engineer and rose through the ranks of the Group. In 2010 he became an EXCO Member of the Group and in June 2016, he was promoted to the position of Group Chief Operating Officer. Mr Koo has more than 20 years of experience, in foundation engineering and management, in both local and overseas markets. He was a former Council Member of Singapore Contractor Association (SCAL). Mr Koo holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Singapore Polytechnic and a Bachelor degree (Hons) in Engineering (Civil & Structural) from the University of Sheffield, England.
