 Set up and manage nursing training department.  Develop and conduct OJT program for nurses.  Develop competency program and nursing curriculum.  Develop nursing competency standards.  Supervision and preceptoring of clinical instructors.  Develop training / instructional materials.  Develop and conduct competency assessment (Theory / Practical) for nurses.  Conduct audit of nursing processes and quality indicators  Manage Infection control policies,procedures and training  Oversee and monitor HAIs in long term care setting  Manage Emergency Preparedness (Flu Pandemic Preparedness) training, policies and simulation exercises  Conduct nursing research and quality improvement projects.  Manage operational manpower, budgeting and resource planning  Setting up infection control department  Work as a team to set up new operational branch
