Biography
Dr. Tih Shih Lee served as Senior Director of Risk and Technology Department of Monetary Authority of Singapore from 1998 to 2000. Dr. Lee worked in senior executive positions at the Monetary Authority of Singapore and OCBC Bank. He has been a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited since April 4, 2003 and serves as a Director of several Lee Rubber Group companies. Dr.Lee served as Commissioner of PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk. He served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Fraser and Neave Ltd. from December 1, 1997 to January 31, 2008. He is a Medical practitioner licensed in Singapore and the United States. Dr.Lee holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Imperial College, London, London Diplomate, National Board of Medical Examiners, M.D (Doctor of Medicine) and Ph.D. from and Fellow at, Yale University. Dr. Lee's Academic & Professional Qualifications include Bachelor of Science in Medicine (Honours Program) from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, USA.
Research Interest
His research interests are in genomic and molecular investigations of human neuropsychiatric disorders, specifically human temporal lobe epilepsy, schizophrenia and longitudinal transcriptomics of Alzheimer's disease.
