Biography
Lim Kah Leong, is a Singaporean neuroscientist and associate professor at the National University of Singapore and Duke-NUS medical school, Singapore known for his research in Parkinson's Disease.Dr Lim obtained his PhD from the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Biology, Singapore under Dr. Catherine Pallen and performed his postdoctural studies at the department of Neurology, Johns Hopkins School of Medicine with Dr. Ted Dawson and the department of pathology, Harvard Medical School.[3] He returned in to Singapore in 2002 to lead a laboratory at the National Neuroscience Institute, Singapore and currently has a joint appointment with Duke-NUS Medical School and the National University of Singapore.
Research Interest
Molecular Mechanisms underlying Parkinson’s disease ,Protein ubiquitination and aggregation in neurodegenerative diseases.
