Hu Yang Fu

Biography

Hu Yang Fu is an Associate Director of ECAS Consultants Pte Ltd since 2010. He is a Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the design and supervision of infrastructure works.Hu has been involved as Qualified Person Supervisor for the Hillview and Cashew MRT Stations at the Downtown Line. He is in charge of the design, construction, and competition of the stations and bore tunnels including the TBM retrieval shaft from adjacent tunnels. Before joining ECAS Consultants Pte Ltd, he worked for the Land and Transport Authority of Singapore in their KPE and SLE expressway projects. Research Interest

Hu is a registered Professional Engineer with the PE Board of Singapore and a registered Resident Engineer. He has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Hohai University of China.
