Biography
Shen Wei Yue is a Director at ECAS Consultants Pte Ltd since 2009. He is a Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the design and review of geotechnical engineering and infrastructural works.Shen has been a key person in the development of the Downtown Line Bukit Panjang, Sixth Avenue, and King Albert Park Stations and tunnels. He has also worked in the Accredited Checking of the Thomson Line. Moreover, he aided in the Qualified Person Supervision of the design, construction, and completion of the Marina Coastal Expressway at Marina Wharf. He received a Doctorate in Geotechnical Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 1999, a Master of Geotechnical Engineering from the Tong Ji University of China in 1986, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Structural from the Tong Ji University in 1984.
