Biography
Titus Tay is a Director of ECAS Consultants Pte Ltd and a registered Professional Engineer. He has more than 14 years of experience in the design and construction of new developments, addition and alterations works, and infrastructure works.Tay was involved in the design and construction of several high-rise developments, including those adopting precast concrete construction. He was also involved in the development of structural solutions to many projects involving steel, precast concrete, and various unique constraints. Mr. Tay is the Qualified Person for the Wisma Geylang Serai, Nursing Home at Margaret Drive, several 230kV and 66kV substations, and infrastructure works at Lorong Halus. He also leads his team in accredited checking of various high-rise residential developments, Lentor MRT Station of the Thomson Line, diversion of Stamford Canal, and multiple schools around Singapore. Research Interest
Mr. Tay received a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (with honours) from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore in 2000 and a Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering from the Singapore Polytechnic in 1995.
