Leong Peng Kiong

Biography

 Mr Leong Peng Kiong joined EPChem recently to assist the CEO in all corporate functions and strategic partnerships.  He has held high level management positions in both the private and public sectors. He was the CEO of CrimsonLogic, a premier IT service company specializing in national and strategic e-Government systems.  Under his leadership, the company expanded rapidly in more than 20 countries spanning Asia, Latin America, Middle-East and Africa.  Prior to that, he was the Group Director of International Enterprise Singapore and had successfully launched a S$2-billion trade credit insurance programme and S$300 million asset-based international financing scheme to assist the internationalization efforts of local enterprises. Other positions that Mr Leong has held include Executive Vice President of Norsk Hydro Asia, Senior Vice President of Temasek Holdings, Director of Economic Development Board of Singapore and Head of Air Manpower of the Republic of Singapore Air Force. A recipient of the prestigious President’s Scholarship, Mr Leong was educated at Oxford University and IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.
