Biography
Dr. Alan B. Copperman is the Medical Director of RMA of New York’s Eastside office, and is board certified in both obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. He serves as Director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility as well as the Vice-Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Science at Mount Sinai Medical Center, and is a Clinical Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Science at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He has been recognized by New York magazine as one of New York’s “Best Doctors” fifteen years in a row, and is frequently quoted in national and international media, both in print and on televised news shows.
Research Interest
Dr. Copperman received his medical degree from New York Medical College, completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yale-New Haven Hospital and finally continued his training at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. He is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
