Biography
Steven C. McPhail has served as Chief Commercial Officer since January 2017, after serving as General Manager, Production Genomics from May 2015 to December 2016. From February 2003 to August 2012, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Expression Analysis, Inc., a genomic services company that was acquired by Quintiles Transnational Corporation in August 2012, where he was President of the post-acquisition operation until March 2015. Prior to Expression Analysis, Inc., he held various staff and management positions at companies in the diagnostic, biotechnology, and medical device markets, including ArgoMed Inc., Xanthon, Inc., TriPath Imaging Inc., Dynex Technologies, Inc., and Abbott Laboratories. McPhail received a BS in biology from San Diego State University.
