Biography
Ashley was appointed General Counsel & Legal Director in 2015. He oversees the Legal Department covering governance, legal advice, compliance, insurance and company secretarial services. Ashley has over 27 years’ experience in the legal profession specialising in construction and engineering issues connected with infrastructure and major projects. Ashley previously worked in New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Beijing and Hong Kong and has for the past 20 years been involved in advising on construction projects throughout Asia. Prior to joining Gammon he was a partner and head of the Asian construction practice for a major international law firm.
