Biography
Thomas became Chief Executive in 2005, having served as the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Gammon since 1999. He joined the Company in 1997. Thomas is currently a non-official member of the Town Planning Board and a member of the Environmental Campaign Committee. He is the immediate past chairman of Pneumoconiosis Compensation Fund Board (PCFB) and former President of Hong Kong Construction Association.
