Biography
After graduating from Madras Medical College in India, Dr Kumar undertook extensive training in Orthopaedic Surgery in the UK. After obtaining MRCS, Dr Kumar entered higher training in Cardiff. He completed his FRCS and obtained his CCT. He then took up training in spinal surgery. Dr Kumar initially did 18 months in the Cardiff Spine Unit followed by Spinal Surgery Fellowships in Royal Perth Hospital in Australia and then in the world renowned Nottingham Spine Unit.
