Biography
Dr. Seng received his medical degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 1996, and before being admitted to the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in London. He completed his sub-speciality training under the HMDP scholarship by the Ministry of Health Singapore in the Centre for Reproductive Medicine and Fertility at the Royal Hallamshire Hospital (United Kingdom) in 2000. He is the first Singaporean to obtain the masters of reproductive medicine from the University of New South Wales (Australia). He is currently a fellow of the college of Obstetrics and gynaecology in Singapore and is a MOH registered IVF specialist.
